The police incident report remained incomplete as of late last week. Bell said he did not know what Anderson allegedly struck with his vehicle.
Anderson lives at 304 Tamarack Ave., in Naperville's West Highlands neighborhood. Naperville Plaza is also located there.
Police previously arrested Anderson about 7:33 p.m. July 19, after he had driven his car to the Extra Value Liquors store at 353 E. Bailey Road on Naperville's southeast side, said Michael Bialys, Los Angeles DUI lawyer.
